RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original, unused, and unworn condition, within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Our Sale returns period is also 28 days.

We aim to process your return within 5 days of receiving it. Please allow up to 7-10 working days during our Sale periods.

Enclosed within your parcel is a Return Form; mark your return preferences and include with your return. Returns received without a return form will be processed for a refund.

Signatures will be required for UK deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.

Orlebar Brown offers free returns via ReBound. Please click on the link and follow the instructions of how to return your items to us.

Please note, Orlebar Brown does not offer free returns for non-EU & Rest of World orders. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For items bought in Orlebar Brown stores, goods can be returned (providing the goods are in their original condition) within 28 days from the date of purchase back to an Orlebar Brown store for an exchange or a refund.

RETURNS INFORMATION

It can take around to 5 working days for returns to be processed once received into our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days during our busy Sale periods. Once processed, you will then be sent a return confirmation. Any refund or exchange will be processed within 5 days following receipt of the return confirmation.

When using the free Rebound return service, the length of time it takes the parcel to get to the warehouse will be displayed when you choose your method of return. Visit orlebarbrown.com/reboundand select Track My Return and use your order number to check on the status of your return.

We will not refund any delivery costs or return shipping costs incurred by you in not using the free returns route on offer (subject to your legal rights in relation to faulty, incorrect, or cancelled products). Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them or have been provided with sufficient proof of postage.

For orders not receiving free returns, we recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Orlebar Brown will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect, faulty or you are cancelling the contract. See Cancelling Your Contract below for more details.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount in compensation.

For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

UNDERWEAR RETURNS POLICY

Our Underwear Returns Policy applies to all Orlebar Brown underwear purchased via our website and in-store from Orlebar Brown.

Underwear can only be returned in its original packaging and must be unworn, and in the same condition as when the item was delivered to you.

Please ensure Orlebar Brown underwear is tried on over clothing; this is for hygiene reasons.

FAULTY GOODS

Orlebar Brown will refund the cost of delivery if an item you receive is faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, or you discover it was faulty later, please contact our OB Conciergeteam.

We will deal with this type of faulty product on a case-by-case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.
