Order by midday (AET) for your order to be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders are delivered on working days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should be used as an approximation only.

A signature will be required for delivery. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, AFPO/HMAS or freight forwarding addresses.

RETURNS

Orlebar Brown is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original, unused, and unworn condition, within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

FREE AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

Orlebar Brown offers free returns via Rebound on orders delivered within Australia. Please click on the link and follow the instructions of how to return your items to us.

Enclosed within your parcel is a Return Form; mark your return preferences and include with your return.

NEW ZEALAND RETURNS

Orlebar Brown offers returns via Rebound on orders delivered within New Zealand. Please click on the link and follow the instructions of how to return your items to us.

Please note, Orlebar Brown does not offer free returns for New Zealand orders. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS TO THE BONDI AND NOOSA STORES

Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website can be exchanged in store, but only for items of the same value or higher.

Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website cannot be refunded in store. They will be returned to our warehouse and refunded within five working days.

RETURNS INFORMATION

It can take up to 72 hours for returns to be processed once received into our warehouse. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge. Once processed, you will then be sent a return confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for any refund or exchange to be processed following receipt of the return confirmation.

We will not refund any delivery costs or return shipping costs incurred by you in not using the free returns route on offer (subject to your legal rights in relation to faulty, incorrect, or cancelled products). Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them or have been provided with sufficient proof of postage. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Orlebar Brown will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount in compensation.

Please note that for items bought in Orlebar Brown stores, goods can be returned (providing the goods are in their original condition) within 28 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a refund.

For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

UNDERWEAR RETURNS POLICY

Our Underwear Returns Policy applies to all Orlebar Brown underwear purchased via our website and in-store from Orlebar Brown.

Underwear can only be returned in its original packaging and must be unworn, and in the same condition as when the item was delivered to you.

Please ensure Orlebar Brown underwear is tried on over clothing; this is for hygiene reasons.

FAULTY GOODS

Orlebar Brown will refund the cost of delivery if an item you receive is faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, or you discover it was faulty later, please contact our OB Concierge team.

We will deal with this type of faulty product on a case-by-case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.
