Clear images of the shorts, Clear images of the fault, A description of the fault, Proof of purchase
If when you contact us your shorts have been bought online, or from one of our stores within the last year, then Orlebar Brown will provide you with a returns shipping label. Otherwise the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If it has been over six months since purchase, and Orlebar Brown accept the issue as a fault, refunds and credit will not be available and shorts can only be exchanged under the Orlebar Brown Guarantee. Shorts can only be exchanged for the same style, colour and size. If the style or colour you’ve returned is no longer available, then Orlebar Brown will offer you an alternative colour of equivalent value. Claims under the Orlebar Brown Guarantee are separate from and are in addition to your legal rights. If you have an issue with your Swim Shorts (or any other Orlebar Brown product), that have been purchased directly from Orlebar Brown and do not wish to make use of the Orlebar Brown Guarantee, please contact obconcierge@orlebarbrown.com or call +44 20 3856 3210.
