NEW ZEALAND RETURNS

Orlebar Brown offers free returns via Reboundon orders delivered within New Zealand. Please click on the linkand follow the instructions of how to return your items to us.

Please note, Orlebar Brown does not offer free returns for New Zealand orders. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply send your purchase back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition, with all the product tags attached.

Enclosed within your parcel is a Return Form; mark your return preferences and include it with your return. Any returns received without a return form will be processed for a refund.

It can take up to 72 hours for returns to be processed once received in our warehouse. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge. Orlebar Brown will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.

Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website can only be exchanged in-store, but only for items of the same value or higher. If a refund is required the items will be returned to our warehouse and refunded within five working days.
