• By receiving this email you have not agreed to sign-up to marketing 
• If you do not wish to participate in future sales please complete this form here 
and your email will be removed from any future sales.  
• This offer is available to you and cannot be shared with people outside of the 
organisation 
• Offer ends 20th November 2025, and all products are subject to availability; 
• Items purchased are non-returnable and may not be exchanged; 
• We aim to have orders delivered to your home address between 1-2 weeks  
• Items must be purchased for personal use only and not for re-sale; 
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has a cash value of zero; 
• Delivery address must be to the country in which you are based. One delivery address 
only; 
• Employee Sale orders can only be placed on www.orlebarbrown.com and are not able 
to be shipped to Belarus, Ukraine and Russia; 
• Any free shipping offers and promotions on the OB site will not be applicable for the 
Private Employee Sale/Friends and Family Event. View the website to obtain shipping 
rates; 
• Click and Collect Delivery is not available for Private Employee Sale/Friends and Family 
Event orders; 
• Participation in this sale is deemed acceptance of these terms; and these terms take 
priority over any contradictory terms available online at www.orlebarbrown.com. 
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. 
• In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please 
contact us directly at employees.obconcierge@orlebarbrown.com for assistance. 

• By placing a Staff Sale order, you agree to these terms. They override all other Orlebar Brown terms and documentation. All Staff Sale purchases are final and the 28-day goodwill returns policy does not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected. You may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or return faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
