If you have bought a pair of swim shorts and they have not performed as they should, Orlebar Brown will repair or replace them. In order to be eligible for the guarantee, please register your purchase below.

If when you contact us your shorts have been bought online, or from one of our stores within the last year, then Orlebar Brown will provide you with a returns shipping label. Otherwise the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If it has been over six months since purchase, and Orlebar Brown accept the issue as a fault, refunds and credit will not be available and shorts can only be exchanged under the Orlebar Brown Guarantee. Shorts can only be exchanged for the same style, colour and size. If the style or colour you’ve returned is no longer available, then Orlebar Brown will offer you an alternative colour of equivalent value. Claims under the Orlebar Brown Guarantee are separate from and are in addition to your legal rights.
